Users may submit written complaints by email. This beta page explains what information to include so the operator can identify the account, payment, subscription, and invoice status.

Include enough information for the operator to identify the customer, account, payment, subscription, and issue.
Written complaints will be answered in writing within 15 days of receipt, in line with Croatian consumer-protection information on written complaints.
If a local invoice has not yet been issued manually or a Synesis/accounting task is pending, include Stripe transaction details and billing profile data anyway.
